1 kg flour

20 gr salt

5 gr oregano

500 ml water

100 ml olive oil

50 gr fresh yeast

3 pcs onions, thinly chopped

100 gr olives, thinly sliced

Execution

In a blowl mix the flour, salt and oregano.

In another bowl mix the olive oil and the water with the yeast.

Add the liquids in the flour mix and stir well until the dough is created.

Cover with a towel and leave the dough to rise.

Grease an oven dish with olive oil.

Spread the dough with your fingers and sprinkle with the onion and the olives.

Leave the dough to rise one more time. Bake in a preheated oven of 160C for 45 minutes.
