100 gr phylo pastry, cut in quarters
50 gr mozzarella cheese, cut in cubes
1 pcs tomato, without skin, seeds, cut in quarters
80 ml olive oil
Freshly ground salt, pepper
Basil, thinly sliced
Execution
Place phyllo in individual silicone forms and bake in a preheated oven of 180C for 6-8 minutes.
In a bowl mix mozzarella, tomato and basil. Season and add the olive oil, while stirring well.
Fill all the silicone forms with tomato mix and cook in a preheated oven of 180C for 4-6 minutes.
